Scoring
Everything cycling does once play starts, as one document: the commands it accepts, the rules that judge them, the fold that produces what those rules read, and the rows it writes. A draft saves half-typed; publishing runs the gate and freezes it.
cycling has no scoring program yet. Start one above — or install the five worked examples with python -m omnium_worker install-programs, each written to prove a different thing.
